March 22, 2019 ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions AG representatives visited Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev. The delegation consisted of ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions AG head Michael Höllermann, ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions (RUS) general director Mikhail Kozlov and assistant of the executive board of ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions (RUS) Nikolay Shlyagin.
During the meeting it was noted that cooperation between NNSTU and ThyssenKrupp began more than 10 years ago. It is based on the agreement signed in 2008 aimed at increasing the level of appeal and practical orientation of engineering education; support for vocational guidance of students; promotion of professional development; determination of the basis for development of joint scientific cooperation.
During the negotiations the parties confirmed willingness to continue their cooperation. New aspects of collaboration which would give a new impetus to joint work were also discussed.
