Geography of NNSTU international contacts covers the following countries: China, Belarus, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Iran, Turkey, Syria, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Tunisia, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, etc.
Every year more than 70 members of NNSTU scientific and teaching staff take internships at foreign universities, companies and organizations to exchange experience. More than 30 foreign delegations visit the university.
More than 500 foreign students study at NNSTU, up to 150 auditors from near and far abroad countries annually retrain at the university.
