In February, 2020 Nere Skomedal – the architect and one of the founders of the shipbuilding company ESNA AS (Norway) visited Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev.
The guest met with NNSTU Vice-Rector for research Andrei Kurkin and Deputy Director of NNSTU Institute of Transport Systems Sergey Khrunkov who was the initiator and organizer of the visit. The discussion concerned prospects for the possible collaboration between the university and Norwegian shipbuilding company.
The program also included meeting with NNSTU developers of high-speed vessels and visit to a number of manufacturing companies in Nizhny Novgorod.
