Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev and Polotsk State University (the Republic of Belarus) signed the Agreement on cooperation.
Its subject is partnership in scientific and educational activities that will contribute to implementation of the main provisions of the document. The parties will conduct joint scientific research to improve training of highly qualified specialists, carry out academic exchange and exchange of scientific and methodological experience in areas of mutual interest, based on jointly developed work programs.
Cooperation between the universities covers such areas as conducting joint scientific research in interests of Russian and Belarusian companies, exchanging lecturers, students and postgraduates on scientific internship programs, expanding the system of advanced training for scientific and pedagogical workers, developing textbooks and the other scientific and methodological materials, conducting scientific conferences.
The document was signed by two Rectors – Prof. Dmitriev and Prof. Romanov.
