Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev presented three innovative developments at the International Exhibition of Intellectual Property, Inventions, Innovations and Technologies IPITEx in Bangkok, each of which was highly appreciated by the international expert community.
Two developments of the university were awarded the highest awards of the exhibition - gold medals and diplomas. The first of them is "Thyristor voltage booster device for longitudinal voltage regulation" which demonstrates advanced achievements in the field of electrical engineering.
The second gold award was given for the invention "Mixing device of a nuclear power reactor".
The silver medal and the special prize from the Association of British Inventors and Innovators were awarded to the third NNSTU development "Hovercraft Auger".
The success of Nizhny Novgorod scientists was further highlighted by the special prize from the National Research Council under the patronage of the King of Thailand. This prestigious award not only confirms the highest level of the presented developments, but also demonstrates the growing authority of the Russian scientific school in the international arena.
