Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev entered the TOP-100 of the best Russian universities according to the published results of SCImago Institutions Rankings 2021. NNSTU n.a. R.E. Alekseev took the 66th place in this list getting 7 more positions in comparison with the last year.
Annually Scimago in partnership with Elsevier compile SCImago Institutions Rankings (SIR) – the global rankings of academic institutions.
The rating is based on three groups of indicators:
- Indicators evaluating research work. This group includes eleven indicators, the total weighting factor of which is 50%.
- Indicators evaluating innovation. They include three indicators, the total weighting factor is 30%.
- Indicators assessing social performance. Three web indicators are included, the total weighting factor is 20%.
