XII Forum of Universities of the Engineering and Technological Profile of the Union State was held at the Belarusian National Technical University.
The 2023 University Forum is already the 12th in a row, but the status of the official event of the Union State was assigned to it only this year. The scientific and technical platform promotes the exchange of experience between higher educational institutions, the formation and strengthening of the image of the Union State, the popularization of science and the activation of creative activity among the studying youth of the Union State, creates conditions for the development of youth innovative entrepreneurship and expands the interaction between technical universities of Belarus and Russia.
Scientists, young professionals, government officials and high-level experts exchanged knowledge and solutions to strategic problems in the field of education and science. Since this year, it has turned from the pilot project into the main event of the Union State. More than 200 people arrived in Minsk – the representatives of forty universities in Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Zimbabwe and the other countries, who discussed priority areas for developing the scientific potential of the countries: energy, construction, economic security.
Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University at the Forum in Minsk was represented by the delegation headed by Rector Sergei Dmitriev.
The forum, held in Minsk became one of the largest events in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union in the field of science, education and innovation.
