In May, 2019 Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev and Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) signed the joint memorandum.
The document was signed within the framework of the Days of Belarusian Education which took place in the Business and Cultural Complex of the Embassy of Belarus in Russia.
The memorandum was signed by NNSTU Rector Prof. Sergey Dmitriev and BSUIR Rector Prof. Vadim Bogush. The memorandum states successful partnership between two universities within the framework of the cooperation agreement that was concluded in 2012.
The cooperation is aimed at training personnel for nuclear power industry of Belarus and also provides for integration of potentials of NNSTU and BSUIR in the field of fundamental and applied research. At the same time, the memorandum gives possibilities of expanding the range of cooperation of the universities and search for its new forms.
