Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev has acquired two new partners: Northeast Electric Power University (the People's Republic of China) and Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute (the Republic of Uzbekistan). Both agreements outline cooperation in education and scientific fields.
The parties will conduct joint scientific research to improve the training of highly qualified specialists and to exchange experience in the spheres of higher education, science and technology.
Areas of cooperation in the field of educational activities:
- exchange of leading experts to give lectures, workshops and consultations;
- internships of students;
- exchange of students and graduate students to study on the programs agreed by the Parties and to perform research and training projects.
Areas of cooperation in the field of research activities:
- conducting of joint scientific research;
- coordination of scientific research and exchange of scientific results on the agreed joint research areas;
- joint preparation of scientific papers, articles and monographs;
- joint participation in international scientific seminars, workshops and conferences;
- joint organization of international scientific seminars, workshops and conferences;
- exchange of scientific and technical information.
The agreements will be valid for five years.
