On the final day of the XII Forum of Regions of Russia and Belarus the solemn ceremony of conferring the title "NNSTU Honorary Doctor" to Rector of the Belarusian National Technical University Sergey Kharitonchik took place.
At NNSTU Academic Council Prof. Dmitriev warmly welcomed the head of the leading technical university and thanked him for the joint academic and scientific partnership.
Then Rector of the Belarusian National Technical University Prof. Kharitonchik told about the history of friendship between the two universities and expressed confidence in the further development of cooperation.
Awarding the title of "Honorary Doctor", in accordance with its status, is an expression of recognition of merit and respect for the individual, as well as a form of integration into the academic community.
