The main areas of research include recognition of arbitrary objects under conditions of priori uncertainty and machine vision, natural language processing, analytics and monitoring of big data and their intelligent analysis, intelligent decision-making, development and application of intelligent models of interactive control, modeling of perception systems, biometric verification, emotion recognition, creation of effective information technologies; - Graphic information technologies and systems
The direction consists of research and development of issues, including automation of industrial design development of digital prototypes of high-tech and science-intensive products and engineering infrastructure facilities, design processes, provision of technological production processes, creation of interactive electronic operational documentation; - Geophysics: Nonlinear dynamics of coastal zone
Research and modeling of nonlinear and non-stationary wave processes in liquids in application to geophysics. Study of dynamics of long-wave processes in coastal zones of oceans, tsunami waves, edge, trapped and internal waves in the context of forecasting marine natural disasters.
