Scientific activity
- Two scientific schools: "New Technologies of Organic Synthesis" and "New Polymer Materials";
- Three research laboratories: "New Chemical Technologies", "Lubricants", "New Polymer Materials";
- Fundamental and applied scientific research, the main areas of which are "green" chemistry (environmentally friendly technologies, processing of plant materials), petrochemistry, chemistry of high-molecular compounds, engineering scientific and technical work;
- Numerous developments are brought to the industrial level, not only initial design data, but also new technological and hardware solutions are developed, new production facilities and commissioning work are supervised.
- The most important developments implemented in recent years: launch of several complexes for production of high-purity carbon dioxide from smoke gases of power generating plants, introduction of new technologies for production of alkyl methacrylates and polyalkyl methacrylate thickening additives for petroleum lubricating oils and hydraulic fluids.
