Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev (NNSTU) is one of the oldest and biggest universities of the Russian Federation.
November 29 – December 2, 2016 NNSTU delegation headed by Rector Prof. Sergey Dmitriev visited the People's Republic of China. On the first day NNSTU representatives visited Nuclear Power Institute of China (NPIC). On the second day NNSTU delegation visited one of the leaders of the world rating - Sichuan University.
November 7, 2016 delegation from Czech Republic visited NNSTU. It consisted of Rector of Brno University of Technology Mr. PETR ŠTĚPÁNEK, President of ALTA, a.s. Mr. VLADIMÍR PLAŠIL and Sales Manager of ALTA, a.s. Mr. JIŘÍ BARTUNĚK.
October 11-13, 2016 delegation from Belgian Nuclear Research Centre visited NNSTU n.a. R.E. Alekseev.
Delegation from Nuclear Power Institute of China (NPIC) has visited Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev for the second time this year. The visit was organized within the framework of cooperation between NNSTU and NPIC.
July 19, 2016 delegation from Nuclear Power Institute of China (NPIC) visited NNSTU. During the meeting NNSTU and NPIC representatives discussed academic and scientific spheres of cooperation between two organizations. The guests visited NNSTU Institute of Nuclear Power Engineering and Applied Physics where they got acquainted with the experimental aerodynamic research stand and the stand for studying thermal physics of heavy liquid metal coolants.
June 8, 2016 Pegaso University representatives (Italy) visited NNSTU. The aim of their visit was to negotiate with the authorities of our university. During the meeting NNSTU Rector Sergey M. Dmitriev spoke about the educational and scientific spheres of the university.
March 18, 2016 the agreement on scientific and technical cooperation and collaboration between Joint Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev was signed.
March 22-24, 2016 delegation from Harbin Engineering University visited NNSTU n.a. R.E. Alekseev. During the meeting Rector Sergey M. Dmitriev talked about the activity of the university, PRC representatives informed the colleagues about the work of Harbin Engineering University. The Parties identified the possible areas of collaboration between the universities and prepared the agreement on cooperation in scientific and educational fields.
For personal active and successful cooperation, direct assistance to the Republic of Belarus and Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU) in the development of the nuclear program of training engineers in new specialties for nuclear power industry of Belarus and the NPP under construction in Ostrovets NNSTU Rector Sergey M. Dmitriev was awarded the title "Honorary Professor of Belarusian National Technical University".
October 27, 2015 Russian-Chinese round table on cooperation in the field of high technologies and innovations was held at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
